The System of a quality management, which meets the requirements of International standard ISO 9001:2000 is developed and performes in SZMA Company. Real acknowledgement of such conformity of QMS - reception by our company in October, 2002, the Certificate, which states the conformity of company's QMS to requirements of ISO 9001:2000 standard. The certificate of conformity is issued by Certification Society BVQI (Holding) SA.

The main areas of activity of the Company, covered by Certificate, are:

• Design and manufacture (full set of works) of equipment for automatic control, monitoring and alarm systems fro different areas of industry;
• Installation, commissioning and start-up of automatic systems and its parts;
• Maintenance and warranty maintenance of equipment and automatic systems.

The aspiration to constant improvement of activity of the Company is confirmed by high qualification, professionalism and training of employees in quality management; a feedback with consumers and other parties; internal audits and analysis in QMS scope.

The main Company's QMS goals are constant increase of service quality provided to Customers, continuous improvement of enterprise performance and its efficiency.

Development and improvement of QMS and SZMA Company as a whole is a permanent process. Our specialists do their best to improve QMS, which allows to offer to our customers products and services of very high quality.

Quality management policy

Providing a wide range of services, including engineering, building and installation, starting-up, and producing goods, Company needs to be competitive. We take into account the achievements of technological progress and respond to the entire Customers' requirements on Russian and foreign markets.

The main tasks of the Company's quality management system are the following:

• Raise of Customer's satisfaction and anticipation of their future requirements
• Improvement of Company's activities and increase of efficiency due to long-term business relations with our partners
• Accordance of Company's Quality Management System to the world standards of ISO 9000:2000, as well as process approach and efficient estimate of the Company's activities.

In order to satisfy all the requirements and wishes of the Customer our Company aims:

1. to analyze modern and perspective requirements to the automatic control systems, power electrical equipment, power supply systems, HVAC systems, tendencies and achievements in this sphere; form the customers' requirements on the base of this analysis.
2. to find reliable suppliers of high-quality material and components and to develop mutually beneficial relations with principal suppliers.
3. to re-equip and to rebuild production facilities, to use modern technologies of production and methods of process organization.
4. to improve management of SZMA Company and its daughter enterprises using progressive methods of management and flexible structure to adapt to changing market conditions.
5. to plan quality, to improve the quality management system according to the world standards ISO 9001:2000 and design features.
6. to raise the employees' qualification; to involve leaders, specialists and executors in quality and working culture improvement by means of existing and newly introduced nonfinancial methods of motivation.
