    Project management
 
The system of project management depends on the qualified personnel, on one hand, and on the organizing, on methods, experience and knowledge acquired in the departments of the Company, on the other hand. The development of the complex "organizing/methods/knowledge" leads to the policy of compromise between the initiative of the specialists and the centralization which is essential to achieve the general goals of the Company. Working out, development and application of technological methods, information flow and corresponding home projects: all these functions are executed due to the joint actions of the chiefs and the main specialists of the project department.

A different stage of the production chain of "preparation - projection - delivery - construction - starting up and adjustment" requires the specialists both of the project department and of the other departments of the Company.

The project department has the following functional subdivisions:
  • Bureau of project leaders and managers
  • Group of project preparation
  • Engineering center
  • Commercial center
The structure also includes the operational groups headed by the project leaders. The groups fulfill the projects and complex decisions taken by the organizations of the Company.
